The room manager is very courteous and willing to accommodate changes in the guest's booking within their ability. Convenient location, in the Tuyen Lam Lake area and not too far from the city center. Clean, modern room. Beautiful and sparkling scenery. The hotel has a swimming pool, with warm water at 29 degrees. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Rich and delicious breakfast. However, the room does not have a heater. I booked at a price of 1089k/night (probably with a discount). Advantages: - Not too far from the city center, round trip taxi cost around 200k - Spacious hotel grounds, lots of trees, fresh air - Beautiful view, right by Tuyen Lam Lake, great for watching the sunset - Many amenities, the interior of the hotel is also luxurious and beautiful Disadvantages: - The pillows are too high, so I couldn't sleep comfortably, even though the mattress was soft - The breakfast options are not diverse and the soup is too salty, even though I like salty food. There are many onions in the pre-made dishes, so I couldn't eat them. - The menu for lunch and dinner is also very limited, needs to be increased.

We are a young couple traveling with our mother and a 1-year-old baby. Overall, we are happy and satisfied during our short-stay at Terracotta. The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are super helpful and friendly, exceeding our expectation. The scenery is well maintained, beautiful vibrant flowers with refreshing air. Even though the resort is not located at the city center, we can easily catch a taxi to travel there and back anytime. Food is ok (both at the buffet and in the restaurant menu), I was hoping for a higher quality. Some recommendation's: the water pressure from the bidet sprayer is too strong; the kids playground is dirty, not well-maintained and looks gloomy; the lighting in the room is not enough (looks dark even at day time); the baby cot is alright but the pillow, cover sheets and blanket need better cleaning service; the baby highchair is stable but not very clean. We would consider Terracotta for the next trip to Dalat.
