This hotel was super clean and convenient, in a great location with super friendly staff. I especially loved our large bed and our view to the river. We stayed in a balcony river suite and the hotel gave us the best room for privacy: 212

My husband and I started our trip to northern Thailand at this hotel in Chiang Rai. We chose a junior suite because it had a large balcony where we could enjoy the lovely cool weather. This suite, which includes a dressing room cum closet and a large bathroom, would be an excellent choice for an extended stay. Food at the restaurant was tasty, even for the last order of the evening after our 9 p.m. arrival on Sunday night. The garden and pool area are attractive and well maintained. This hotel appears to be more suitable for couples and families with older children. We would choose it again when visiting Chiang Rai.

Right beside the Blue Temple. Because of that, we caught a Saturday night free show at the Blue Temple. Would not have known about it if we had stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was good and room was a nice size

Booked this room for family for a night while we stayed longer in another room. It's a nice hotel, good pool, attractive grounds. A wedding was on this night but it didn't interfere with our use of the facilities. I'd come back again.

This was our favorite hotel for the Thailand trip. Everything about this hotel is superb. We stayed in corner suite with a beautiful view of Kok river, the pool, and landscaping. The bedroom, closet, bathroom and balcony are well setup and spacious. The shower is a plus with study water pressure and hot water. The breakfast is great. The restaurant staff, meals, wine, and beer (we sampled the new unpasteurized Chang beer) are excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. PS: the blue temple is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Came back after ten years, and it's still a good place. Clean, good facilities, decent value. Not a fancy resort but reasonable, nice location by the river and very close to the Blue Temple.

This place is very nice and comfortable. Lovely lobby and nice rooms. The pool is very large and very nice. The restaurant serves foods that are adequately ordinary. I expected more flavorful foods considering the price point for an on site restaurant. I would stay here again but eat dinner offsite.

When I think of a clean family friendly Resort, that is low key, but always at the top in Chaing Rai. Our time was VERY relaxing, Excellent location, VERY clean and well maintained. We WILL BE BACK !!!!

超出预期，房间泳池比想象中大很多。但是空调很响，wifi很慢。风景优美，距离蓝庙走路距离。旁边还有一个网红咖啡厅。就是冲着能步行去蓝庙和网红咖啡厅定了这里。很满意。 It exceeds my expectation. the room is very spacious, much bigger than what I saw in the pictures. The swimming pool is also bigger than what I imagined. There are free bikes to use to go around nearby. The garden is lovely where you can take a walk and relax. very close to blue temble and a popular cafe. Shortcomings: 1. the WIFI is very slow, Okish for ordinary website browsing, not suitable for working remotely or vedio conference. 2. The aircon is very loud. for sensitive sleeper, you may have to turn it off in the night. 3. there is swimming class for local children from 6-8pm on weekends and 2/3 of the pool will be occupied. 4. hotel has no travel agency contacts/arrangements. not possible to provide bus booking service.

The room is quite spacious comparing to deluxe room at other hotels. We booked for a room with breakfast yet, when we did the check in the reception said our room didnt include breakfast. We had to crossed check with the booking again and it turned out that there was something wrong with the reservation the hotel were holding. We ended up got the breakfast like what we paid for. However, the reception manner was quite rude, they were frustrated and not friendly at all. I would recommend the hotel train the staff better since in this case it was not the customer fault that the hotel got the wrong reservation at all.

I have to say, I was blown away again by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. During the pandemic, my girlfriend and I stayed several times at the hotel. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and were happy to recommend local attractions and restaurants. One thing that really stood out to me was how the staff took the time to get to know me personally. They remembered my name and preferences, and it made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. The rooms were also fantastic. Has some good and bad points but overall an acceptable stay. Pros - Good location right on the river front. -Pool is excellent. -Housekeepers were really friendly and kept the room very clean. Cons - Reception staff didn't seem overly interested in us (seems to cater mainly wealthy Thais). -beds are unbelievably hard (I had to sleep on the sofa).

This hotel was clearly once pretty great but it feels tired and we felt it was seriously under staffed and ran out of wine we were drinking very quickly. Grounds looked quite unkempt. No pool towels or bar service by the pool, and two evenings we were there the pool was being used by local kids for swimming classes. Staff there are lovely but they are clearly not enough of them.

Was once a nice property from the looks of facilities but it needs a major renovation. Pool loungers are rotting, fitness equipment is broken and treadmill is dangerous. Front desk called a cab and told me fare is 50% more than what it should be, I suppose they get a kickback. Better value elsewhere. All in all a decent property that needs a major renovation to justify the price
