Linden Suites”

This is my third stay at Linden Suites and now regard this venue as the best accommodation in Manila. Having stayed at Pan Pacific, Manila, Dusit, Mandarin and Pen., Linden will always be my first pref as teh value for the money is the best in Manila. Most appealing about Linden is the spacious rooms and apartments which help to make you feel a great deal more comfortable that a pokey hotel room. Room furnishings are more like a home environment with very good desk(s) and ergonomic chair, stylish but not uncomfortably lavish living furnishings and excellent kitchen facilities. As a regular visitor to Manila I would be disappointed if I was unable to stay at this venue. It is clearly the best available in the 4 and 5 star bracket but without the unnecessary glitzy extras. I feel at home at Linden, and that is a great feeling to have in Manila. The staff at Linden do exactly what is required ... without fuss, bother and redundant glam. The only concern... breakfast. The only misgiving.

The Linden Suites - A good experience - Manila ”

In the pros, I think I have included a good breakdown of some of the services. When I am in Manila, I have always stayed at The Lindens Suites because of its Location to shops and banks etc and because of its great comfort. Its like having your own apartment which provides all the comforts of home. it's a great meeting point for business and pleasure. Its has its own swimming pool and health centre as well as a business centre and it also has rooms you can book for training and seminars. Its comfrotable and homely in the middle of a big city and the staff all do there Jobs well to provide you with the very best of service. The Hotel has two tower blocks together and about 27 floors we stayed on the 22nd floor with great views in a corner apartment in the block with the main entrance. Which I prefer of the two blocks. The other block seems slightly more modern.There is a walk bridge into the other building. You can walk up to the restaurant from reception or go up in the lift. There is a meeting area with chairs on the left and right of reception area, with security in the Middle has you come through the front entrance. On friday and saturday nights I have stayed there when they have had entertainment in the restaurtant ,but generally mid week there is no entertainment. There may not be any entertainment at the weekends. There is a bar next too the restaurant and a large screen television for those who like a drink with friends . The Linden suites have their own transport for the airport or other destinations however they are at least 3 times more expensive than a taxi hailed from outside the Hotel. There is a drive in ramp to the hotel entance from the main road , the door man will be very happy to hail you a taxi and have it come up the ramp for you. As most taxi have a liquid gas tank in the boot or rear of their cars ,if you have several cases paying a little extra for a metered mini van is a better option.

Safe, comfortable, clean and friendly”

For two single females traveling to Manila for the 1st time, security and sense of safety were top priority. Linden Suites delivered on all our needs! Walking distance to the Mega mall, Shangri-la mall and Podium. The room was comfortably spacious. The staff were friendly, helpful and gracious. I had read previous reviews criticizing the buffet breakfast so was pleasantly surprised by the amount of choice provided. In the same week I stayed at another hotel in Manila (5 star) and wished I was back at Linden Suites enjoying their quiet efficiency and easy friendliness. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended Linden Suites to others.

A 5-Star experience at a 4-Star value”

The Linden Suites was a good value for what I paid. I had an executive room and not a suite but it was still pretty spacious. The hotel is near the SM Megamall if you enjoy shopping, is next door to a 24-hour convenience store if you need some quick food, and is near the Manila Rapid Transit if you would like to go anywhere else besides the Ortigas area. Although I could hear some of the sound from other rooms at night, the other hotel guests were relatively quiet and this was not a problem. The buffet breakfast was a major plus and included in the costs of the room so I made sure to load up on food in the morning in order to save on meal costs. Ortigas, where the hotel is located, is a very safe area in Metro Manila even at night. I would defnitely stay at this hotel again and consider it a bargain compared to the price of some of the "5-star hotels" in Metro Manila.

Hotel Happiness with a Smile”

hotel has a great personnel at the front office manager desk always helpful, smiling and willing to help. a great asset for this very nice hotel. a reasonable priced for a 4 star hotel in the central pasig district. easy access to mega mall and other shopping mall - only 5 mins by taxi where there is abundant choice of food both local and international cuisine. plenty of branded shops to meet every shopper's needs. i am regular guest of the linden suites. the rooms are great for the breakfast, is worth staying at this hotel. i suggest everyone enjoy their variety on their breakfast food. overall, this is a great place to stay. there are a lot of good restaurants around the area, don't miss out great fun.

Hotel for Business ?”

This is my business trip to Manila. I choose Linden Suites because it is close to my office in Manila. Linden is situated in commercial area. There are large malls nearby. It is very convenient to buy different commodities even though at night time because 24 hours convenient shops are near the hotel. Also, many banks are close to the hotel. It is quite convenient for business people. However, charge for Internet access is too expensive. Internet is very important to business people nowadays. If the hotel is one for business travelers as claimed by the introduction of the hotel's website, the Internet access fee should be minimal or even waived. I have to stay in Linden next time when I go to Manila if it is free to access Internet.

My stay at Linden Suites was one of "value for your money." The hotel is located in the Ortigas-Pasig business district. The hotel is very near shopping malls e.g. Rustan's Mall, SM Shopping Mall and Robinson's Mall. It is also very near other hotels e.g. Shang-rila Hotel, Crowne Plaza Hotel,Holiday Inn and other smaller hotels. The hotel is an ideal place for a business visit stay. It is located near the business district. It is easily accessible to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the domestic airports. It will take the tourist only 1 to 2 hours to reach beach resorts in such areas as Tagaytay,and Batangas. Should the tourist decides to go on shopping other than malls, Linden Suites is very near other cities like Makati, Quezon and Manila. With a few tips from the hotel staff, the tourist can go for bargains in the nearby cities. On the security aspect, Linden Suites implements strict surveillance within the hotel building. And since the hotel is located in a business district, very few incidents of petty crime have been noted by the police. Hence, I recommend Linden Suites to tourists and businessmen who are on the look out for a hotel with reasonable rates yet provides comfortable stay.

very convenient, great customer service”

the linden suites is one of the most popular hotels in manila. it caters to families, business men/women, solo travelers, etc. due to its location, guests have access to shopping areas, the ortigas business district (makati a bit far), and night life. the staff took good care of us and were very accommodating. we booked an ordinary 2-br suite but when we arrived asked if there were available superior ones. voila - the lady at the front desk gladly gave us a free upgrade! they were also highly familiar with agoda bookings and we had no problems "claiming" our room. the superior 2-br suite was more than we could ask for - it fit the 6 of us comfortably and we could even fit more people had we decided to hold a mini gathering there. great location, great customer service. will book this hotel again next time!

this is my 3rd stay at linden suites, i thought i try the 2bdrm suite, the room was big and roomy, it comes with a kitchen and both rooms has its own bathroom, very comfortable and relaxing. the fitness center, sauna and indoor heated pool is a plus and served as an alternate for the outdoor pool was in renovation, but again this is the monsoon season. the hotels main restaurant / lounge was under renovation and a substitute service area was used. overall the staff was very helpful, great front entrance service was always there to assist you. i noted the front desk is small and at times was overwhelmed with guests departures and arrivals, i would suggest a counter top extension to service the guest in a much more efficient manner should be considered. the location walking distance to the sm mall, banks, 711 or if you prefer a 5min taxi ride to the robinson mall which opens at 10am. prefer shopping, supermarkets and restaurant. beware of traffic times during the 4pm hour. i will comeback here again, the hotel has a bit of everything i need for my stay, service, rooms, location, price and friendly staff.:)

Upgraded for Free”

Our unplanned getaway ended in a good note! We just had a few hours of deciding where to stay for a night. We hurriedly check out different hotels online. Considering their location, rates, facilities, reviews and some feedbacks from friends. Finally, we’ve decided to pick Linden Suites, Manila. Some malls are just nearby the hotel. Plus, we’ve been there a few times already and they have been consistent to provide a good service. Check-in was fast and we were brought to our room that was UPGRADED from Executive to a Two-bedroom Suite… for FREE!! What more can you asked for? : )

Superb”

We stayed here with our wedding party on the way home from Boracay. The hotel is going through refurbishment, but this is being handled extremely well. The rooms and facilities are lovely, our guests loved the three bedroom suites and they were perfect for us being in the back end of a group holiday and wanting to spend time together as much as possible. Where Linden Suites really excelled was in the service. A 6 year old member of our party became ill as we arrived, much to the concern of his parents and the rest of us. Linden Suites organised the fantastic Nurse Ivy to examine him, and she was amazing and thoroughly professional. Ivy recommended a hospital visit to make sure it was nothing serious, then accompanied child and parents to the hospital and stayed with them for hours while the staff made sure hed be ok. Words cant express how grateful we all were for this careful attention. If youre looking for a hotel that places the wellbeing and comfort of its guests as their main priority, then Linden Suites will absolutely deliver.

Home'y Hotel”

whenever we asked what do you liked most staying in a hotel or in a condotel. we jointly answered staying in a condotel. linden suites is our no. 1 choice if asked. we find it very home'y. the rooms are great , cleanliness is superb. the location is favorable for housewives like me, while my husband attends medical conferences. i do visits shopping centers near. rides is not a problem too, taxis are everywhere. linden is my top choice if the conference venue is in pasig.

Large room size, centrally located.”

Linden Suites is centrally located in Ortigas (Pasig), one of Manila's top business districts. It is close to major shopping centres like Shangri-La, SM Megamall and Robinson's Galleria. It is also a short ride away from Makati and Global City (Taguig). Room is spacious. I got the corner room - one corner faces another building so view is impaired but the other corner has a decent view of the city. No famous Manila Bay sunset from my vantage point though. GOOD: Central location, service is good. BAD: Phone needs replacement, I can't push buttons!

little miffed, but awesome suite”

I was a little miffed on check in when I asked for an upgrade to a suite with a kitchen and microwave oven because this is my 4th time to stay at this Linden Suites in Manila and the last time I stayed here they upgraded me for free from a regular room to a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and living-dining room combination, but this time I had to pay for the upgrade.... it seems I have been downgraded. Well, anyway the security is very good, and suite is very spacious with hardwood floor in the dining area and extra long bathtub. Marble counters in kitchen and bath with lapis lazuli marble on floors, around bathtub and walls. Central air was great. And Linden Suites also installed wifi internet for free, but the internet was very slow and because of that videos were not playable.

Wonderful stay at Linden”

I booked a 2 night stay at Linden for my bride before our wedding and for our wedding night. We went back to the hotel really tired from the wedding festivities that we didn't want to have to pack our stuff the next day and leave right away, so we ended up extending another night. Our stay there was great. We got a single bedroom suite which was spacious enough for us and our stuff. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. When we ordered room service, they would call to follow up and make sure we already got our food. We were also assisted properly when we were checking out to stuff our luggages and other stuff in the car since we had quite a number of stuff from the wedding which we had to bring home. We intend to spend new year's eve this year at Linden since the peace and quiet it provides might be good to protect our baby from all the noise of the new year's eve revelry. Thank you, Linden Suites.

Great place”

I can't say enough good things about this place. The people are so polite and remember you as you come and go. The only real downside is that its a bit further from the airport as some of the other hot spots in Manila Bay, but it is well worth it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I'm presently at Diamond Hotel in Manila Bay which is supposedly one of the best here, but I still like Linden Suites better. Its a bit further to get to, 600 pesos fixed rate from the airport, but I can deal with that for the level of service they provide.

Megamall? Yes please!”

We stayed here on the way home from our wedding in Boracay and were thrilled by Linden Suites attention to detail and outstanding service. Just across the road from Megamall, and with easy access to the Greenhills markets, we had a lovely couple of nights in Ortigas. The staff are welcoming and courteous, the breakfast outstanding and the rooms excellent. During our stay one of the children travelling with us took ill and the Hotel staff took complete control, with the Nurse examining him before accompanying him and his parents to the hospital and staying with them through the day. This was hugely appreciated. The indoor pool is awesome, room service prompt, and the staff are super polite. We will definitely stay here on any future trips to Manila.

Best option in MNL”

This is my fourth stay and I have no hesitation in recommending Linden if the location suits your requirements. Facilities are excellent with better than normal ergonomic chair, good sized working desk, extremely spacious rooms and great security. Business centre is adequate for small meetings and the staff very helpful. Yes it is difficult to get a taxi at 5pm on Friday... but this is Manila. Yes there is a mall nearby but if all you want to do is hang out at a mall then you shouldn't be in Manila in the first place. For a business traveler Linden is an excellent option and is clearly the best of the 4 and 5 star options in Manila.

Home in the City!”

We consider Linden Suites as our home every time we are in Manila. We always choose the hotel because of the comfort it gives during our stay. It has a very spacious room, kitchen and living/dining room that suites for us whenever we travel in groups. The place is also in a very accessible location. It is near to shopping malls. The Linden Suites Staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We will surely go back for another great stay!

great location, big hotel suite”

We loved every minute of our stay at Linden Suites. We booked a 3D/2N stay at their 2bedroom-suite. The hotel room was so spacious. It has a very big sala, an office desk, a dining area with a round table that could seat 6 persons, a separate kitchen (that is fully equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, sink, soap and soap brush, plates and utensils, coffee maker and kettle), and 2 big bedrooms each with its own toilet and bath. The sala and master bedroom have a wall-mounted LCD TVs with remote control. We also liked the fact that the hotel is just a walking-distance away from megamall and podium (if you dont mind walking about two to three blocks). But if you prefer to take a ride, there is always an fx and taxi that you can ride. Our booking does not come with breakfast, but the hotel is just near the fastfood chains and other restos. What my niece and nephew loved about the hotel was the indoor heated pool because they did not have to worry about being cold under water. Finally, the hotel has a very nice gym, equipped with high-tech gym equipment. No wonder they are confident in getting offering gym membership.
