Nice place for group of 3 or couple ”
We have a room with 1 queen and 1 single. Everything was nice just the lavabo wasn't work but it didn't a problem to us. Hope they will fix soon. The AC keep 16 degree and cannot change at all 😆. It was nice for my partner but too cold for me. Was a lovely and comfy stay. Would recommend it!

Perfect location and great value for money”
The Pipes Resort is located in front of the best stretch of Saracen Bay beach, not far from the main bars and eateries but far enough not to be affected by noise and loud music. Breakfast is good and ample, staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, functional, with silent a/c and great shower. The only downside is that the beach should be kept cleaner, but this is a problem for all the resorts.

This place has no restaurant, which is good as the choice is then up t us for breakfast, it is located very well on Saracen beach and the rooms were great, with really good aircon. Also pet friendly!

We enjoyed our stay at The Pipes. The price was pretty excessive but we decided to splurge and stay there. The staff were fantastic especially the front desk guy, he deserves a raise. Very polite and helpful. The Pipes is located on the best and cleanest area of Saracen Bay. White sand beach amd clear ocean. For the most part they provided power 24 hours a day and the tap water was clean. Wifi in worked in the rooms . The prices for food and drinks on the island are a bit higher than the mainland but not too bad and the food at The Pipes was very good. We stayed in a bungalow instead of the pipe style because it was bigger and had a patio to hang clothes. Koh Rong Sanloem is a very quiet island for relaxing on the beach rather than partying. Would recomend staying there if you want to splurge and pay a higher price. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra 3 nights.

Very nice stay”
Very unfortunate for us when our stay were heavily effected by the direct strong wind from Saracen Bay. We did almost nothing on the water including the planned snorkeling tour due to very strong waves and wind. Even though, It can't resist the beauty of this resort with it charming sand bank. The view from its water front is absolutely fantastic especially in the morning. The facility is new enough, clean and modern, not the stars rated standard but nice for your leisure. 24h electricity, instant hot water shower, modest wifi connection and air con. Good cleanliness during our stay. To be frank, every resorts within this location are also having the same stunning view and the sands of Saracen Bay, too. I would rate this facility 3rd position after The Moonlight (for its attractive design and restaurant) and The One (for its swimming pool). The pipe front desk/ restaurant is a bit rustic and simple. Food quality is so-so. The people of Cambodia are very welcoming and charm. Recommended

Wonderful two night stay”
Had a fantastic stay here - we were promptly met at the ferry pier and taken by boat to the resort. We stayed in the pipes room closest to the beach! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing! The staff were great - always friendly and helpful, the food always tasty and fresh, and well priced also for a resort. Wifi worked quite well also considering the location - a truly memorable stay for us and we would love to return here one day.

Amazing hotel and staffs”
Before booking this hotel we had looking many hotels and ended up here. The first impression was the pipe shape of the room and yes definitely on the beach facing the sea. Then there is A/C, warm shower, clean room and shower, TV (tv don’t have channel but they provided usb with movies, we don’t need it anyway coz we prepare our own usb with our favorite series). The location of the pipes is around in the middle so can go left or right and close to everything. Nice and clean beach in front which when I walk along the beach some hotel has a lot of boat parking but not here. And Staffs here are very nice and helpful. So far I’m impress with Cambodian service and food also amazing.

I read about the feedback that everything charged. But I don't encountered any issues. I have a pleasant 3 nights stay. No doubt the power always tripped off, but less than a minute, the power supply is back. All the staff are very polite. When we put up for room cleaning services, I usually left them some tips, but the staff are so honest that they don't even take. They provide the service of fetching and sending us to the ferry terminal. Thank you! The Pipes Resort.

Excellent views”
This is one of the few rooms on the Koh Rong Salaam which had air conditioning and uninterrupted power and hot water supply. A little pricey for the size, but there is actually one of the cheaper options with these criteria. We got the second room closest to the beach, which has the best unblocked view of the sea which we got to enjoy from our bed.

The service here is unmatched on this island. Bunthol is amazing and will make your trip as smooth as possible! They picked us up from the pier and the next day dropped us off across the bay to our next destination, all complimentary when you stay here. He even booked a private tour for us and got them to pick us up at our next destination. It is worth it to spend double on the place you’ll be staying! You’ll get complimentary breakfast, Air Con, an amazing beach, a unique experience staying in the pipes, the feeling of being taken care of, and they gave us cash back when we were running low! That’s huge! Take this advice and stay here!

Nice stuff and service ”
The welcome drink and fruit was made our day after got some problems from the check in system at moonlight resort(over book) and the staff there try to sent us to the sol beach resort in the family room, which has 2 double beds but there are just two of us so we rejected. We decided to stay in pipe resort instead . There is pick up service from the pier and staffs are really nice and friendly. The beach in front the hotel is clean. Wifi is fast and far enough for the pipe room to use but always disconnect.

We stayed in the bungalows (not pipes) in the back. Nice room, clean and nothing negative to say. Minor thing: there was a tv but no reception, and the wifi in the back could be better. Superb location, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Expensive for what you get, but that is the case with most places at Saracen beach.

Very friendly staff, perfect location”
We stayed three nights in the small resort. We loved the familiar Resort size. The staff is very friendly, heartly and helpful. We stayed in a pretty bungalow including very good breakfast. They also pick and bring you to the pier with their small boat. Beach is beautiful und we loved the evening BBQ (Red Snapper) directly on the beach. The price for Cambodia accomodation was little high but it was worth it. Thank's a lot!

Very smart small hotel on a great beach”
Pipes was wonderful, the manager and all the staff very helpful. On arrival we had a problem with the air con and the fridge but both very sorted very quickly with no fuss. We stayed in a villa and there was lots of storage space. My only criticism would be no mirror in the bedroom and the position of the hairdryer. Food was excellent and it's right in the middle of the beach. The boat came to pick us up off the ferry and took us back again.

Great time”
We stayed 2 nights. This resort is only opened for 1.5 months so everything is new. Room was not big but clean and well organized. Breakfast was average, we can choose from breakfast menu. The beach was so beautiful, quiet and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Make sure you call the resort to pick you up from the ferry station, otherwise it take 15' - 20' walking in the sand (not convenient if you have suitcases) or may cost u 10usd to take the boat taxi.

Very basic accomodations. We found the room features to be unmaintained (for example our door was broken) and outdated. The room was clean. Tea and coffee was included in the room. Bathroom does not offer Western style bathing. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch. There was one male employee in particular, we did not get his name, who was so very sweet and friendly. He made our stay at The Pipes, as we were not overly enthusiastic about the accomodations themselves.
