We were very happy with our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, we had a great view of the tower, our bathroom was large, and the bedroom was a good size as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent: we arrived when they opened to make sure we didn’t have to wait as other reviews mentioned. Public transport is close, and cab fares are reasonable to get eg to Tokyo Station. Staff throughout the hotel is excellent!
This hotel provided an ideal location and beautiful grounds, including views of the city. Two aspects I should note was our experience in the 33rd floor view bar. We had to order a drink when dining in there with our dinner. I ordered an Electric dream mocktail that was tasteless. I brought this to the bartender who proceeded to show me the ingredients and I stated it still was tasteless (iced water is how it tasted, at 1900 yen around $20 AUD). He was not very happy with me but made another that was much better. His reaction was not a nice experience for an extremely expensive meal and drinks. Soft drinks are priced at 1500 yen. Also the breakfast in the morning, although very nice with great views, we had to wait half an hour to get in. Number waiting which is not the best in a luxury expensive hotel. Staff in reception very nice to guests and accomodating of our luggage after checkout.
Location: Less than 5 minutes walk from Akabanebashi Station (Oedo Line), and 10 minutes walk from Shiba Koen (Mita Line). Good accessibility (recommended for Tokyo Metro Pass users). You can access Shiba Park and Zojoji Temple through the hotel. When you get off at Akabanebashi Station, you enter through the back gate, and the Tokyo Tower photo spot is right on the way, making it enjoyable to look around while moving. Staff friendliness: Extremely friendly. They picked up my bags from the hotel lobby and moved them to my room, and all the front desk staff were very kind. Since it was a special occasion, they provided champagne and wine as a service, which made for a very nice memory while enjoying the night view. You must check whether you have a Tokyo Tower view when booking (it is stated in the reservation plan name). I confirmed it again before my visit, and the feedback was quite fast compared to other hotels. It seemed that all the requests I made during booking (high floor, hospitality) were reflected, and it felt like my room was pre-assigned rather than assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (the requested hospitality preparations were already in the room). The plan I booked was assigned to floors 3 to 13, and I got room 18 on the 11th floor. The room that is famous on Instagram is the 17th room line, which is right next door, so I could see Tokyo Tower well; although it felt slightly lower, I was satisfied. (When I requested a high floor again during check-in, they politely showed me a paper indicating the additional charge and mentioned that I could use it if I paid the extra, which made me a bit embarrassed to refuse, haha.) The bathroom is conveniently separated from the shower booth, and the room is very spacious and comfortable compared to Japanese hotels. The twin room has a bench by the window, making it a nice spot to sit and take pictures. I would be willing to visit again if I go to Tokyo next time.
The club level rooms are perfectly appointed, though the lounge could be more family friendly. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast buffets were very good with western, Chinese, and Japanese offerings. There isn’t a lot by way of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but the neighboring park and views of Tokyo Tower are lovely.

Love it!!! The room has great view of Tokyo Tower. It is very stunning at night. We really enjoyed the stay here. The bathroom and bathtub are also very nice. Bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommend!!!
