Very impressed with the hotel. It has everything. Excellent quality all around. Close proximity to beach, it’s kids club, swimming pool, clean room with quality stuffs from bed, linen, tub, extras in the shower. Morning breakfast buffet very good. Spa expensive but worth it. Nice gym. Table tennis, Carrom board and pool table available. Will definitely visit again.

Eventhough, Desaru is quite far from KL but worth time of driving. The location is near the beach and sooo beautiful. The hotel, my husband and I loveee the interior design. The hotel is sooo pretty, calm and luxury. Oh and love our room facing the sea!!! We spent most of our time at the balcony 😂 The environment is super clean. We love the vibes. The staff are so friendly and good to us 👍🏻 We’ll definitely come back again and stay 3 days max 👏

Direct beach access with beach cafe. Beautiful clean beach. Good facilities, gym, restaurant etc. efficient and friendly staff. Good parking facilities as well. Stayed here for 4 nights. Drove out to water park and fruit farm. Spent the rest of the time chilling by the pool and the beach.

No Regrets!”
The property was right smack in front of the beach. The hotel was well-maintained, the room was very clean and welcoming. There are lots of activities around the hotel like futsal table, pool table and their gym was well-equiped. They provided shuttle bus service to Hard Rock, The Water Park and The Ferry Terminal. But brownie points to all the hotel staffs, they were all professional yet friendly, helpful and highly efficient. Even at their busiest, they did not falter! I will definitely come back again!

Pleasant stay ”
I had a pleasant stay at Westin Hotel Desaru. The hotel is well maintained, it has a nice beach, staff are attentive and the buffet breakfast is good. However, during my stay they had some maintenance work going on and after that the water turned very dirty. We had to leave without proper shower the second day because of the dirty water.

Stayed 3d2n here, thought want to add 1 more day but fully booked, sure will come again. The location is good, the beach is superb. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful. The in room dining (24 hours), the menu are various, tried few and taste is awesome and price is reasonable. Food presentation is nice. Plenty of parking spaces, security is good & feel safe staying here. The environment, the lobby, everything is good. My 3d2n stay, I don't see the downside of this hotel, surely will visit again in next couple of months.

Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway ”
Big room with the view of the hard rock hotel. Just right at the beach front with a small but cozy beach bar. A definite quiet place for someone who craves for some me time alone. Tried the massage service at the spa centre, overall good experience with a jacuzzi pool and a steam room in bathroom, you are served with tea after the massage with a place to relax. Buffet dinner however is a bit pricey for the spread it offers. Wanted to try The Prego but was told full house for the long weekend we were there. Booking in advance is absolutely recommended if you would like to try that out. Really love the services from their staff overall. I injured my leg and was attended to with care by the people at the reception.

A Hidden Gem ”
Completely surprised and delighted. All of the staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. We had a truly wonderful stay. AJ at the front desk is awesome and Prego for Italian food is the best Italian I’ve had outside of Italy - so surprised! Malaysian food on property is also great. The Beach is very clean and the waves just powerful enough to be fun and not dangerous. Highly recommend.

I love everything about this hotel..the facilities, staffs, foods..all above my expectation..but there is only one thing i want to highlight..i stayed at room 128 for 2 nights..this room a bit smelly...not sure whether its coming from carpet or furniture...i really hope that the staff will check on this & do something..other than that, everything is superb..will come again in future..tq

We got our room quite late, almost 5pm. When i called the next day to request late check out, but only able to get until 1pm. Ask the person to talk to his manager, the. We got extended to 3pm. The hotel is nice. Nice beach as well, suitable for toddler.
