We stayed in Thistle London hotel 13-14th of March, 1st the support of Elizabeth and the rest of the staff was excellent. The staff supported us with our request, they helped and accommodated our request to ensure that we had a great stay. The location, cleanliness, toiletries, bed, everything is excellent and of course the service. I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Leicester Square, The price is fair and all the places you would like to see is just a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. Costa coffee shop and Yokocho japanese restaurant is beside the hotel. 100% great hotel.

Hotel is a boutique hotel with very small front desk and lobby. Also, you may not be able to get service after hours such as asking extra towels. However, staffs are very nice, and the room was small but very clean and nicely managed. The best overall, the location is more than perfect. It is in SoHo and close to National Gallery, British Museum, and all other famous places to visit. I did not use any transportation during my stay to walk all over the London even to London Eye and Tate modern. I absolutely recommend the hotel.

It's situated in superb area, just a stroll away from chinatown and lots of shops & restaurant. The receptionist, Sulaph is very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier due to our flight schedule. She helped to give us an early check in, knowing that we're so tired and sleepy coz of jetlag. The concierge staff, Dmitri also very kind & helpful. He helped us during the check out process and making sure we're well taken care of. We're happy with the service given by both staffs, as they made our stay convenient. The breakfast, however, is average with a very limited food variety. Luckily the hotel is very closed to chinatown, where we can find lots of good food. The toilet in our room is very hard to flush. The toilet flush button is extremely hard to press, and the flush water is very minimum. Very inconvenient to use the toilet. The houaekeeping service needs to be improved. The carpet is dusty, and they failed to refill the sanitary bag, shower gel and conditioner during their service. We ran out of shower gel at night, and the housekeeping staff never showed up to bring up the refill, despite our long waiting. We had to go down to receptionist in order to get the refill by ourself. It's quite disappointing. No facial tissue paper provided in the hotel. It's very unusual, as usually 4 stars hotel always provide both the facial tissue paper.
