"Arrived with easy enough check in with Jain. We were shown to the patio deck facing the river and given a fruit smoothie and a plate of local cut fruit to eat. Meanwhile, our bags were put in our room. After relaxing for a few minutes, we were shown our Room 102, just 2 doors down. Our room has a view facing the river with a deck to sit outside. This was a nice room with full view of the river, a nice comfy bed, flat screen TV, a little fuzzy on some stations, a shower room with view over the river, a modern sink, and a wc room. The sink could be used while the other rooms were in use. A very nice set up for 2 people sharing the room. Breakfast each morning was on the nearby patio facing the river. Many good choices, coffee, fruit shake, and cut fruits. Filling and nice. Quiet hotel away from the bustle of the old town, but easily walkable. Cheap dinners at Bamboo Restaurant back out on the main road to the right."

"We stayed here for 4 nights (extending from 2). Our tuk tuk driver had problems finding the place, and no one we asked had heard of it. We found out it's fairly new and behind another hotel (ask for Villa Namnuea). When we finally arrived, we found the hotel to be just what we needed, a beautiful spot in the heart of Luang Prabang. The rooms are large and clean, bathrooms are newly fitted and the hotel is centred around a beautiful lily pond. The staff brought us fruit juice every day, helped us book our bus to Vientiane, and were generally very helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the start of the night market, so it's a great location too. "

"Hotel & Location: "Khop-jai! We will come back!!!", that's exactly what we said to the staffs before we left to airport. We had 5 wonderful nights here, very quiet & romantic settings, perfect for couple like us. Good option if you are looking for 5-stars treatment, & wanted to be a bit away from the town center. Fast and good WIFI coverage all around the hotel ground. 3-5 minutes short walk to town center everyday; good exercise for us, after breakfast / dinner! Coincidentally, almost all couples & families on the same flight with us from KUL, were staying here too, and flew back to KUL on same Sunday flight again. Staffs: Thank you to "Mr Lerd" especially for warm-welcoming us, & mentioned that he read all my special requests via e-mail, and decided to give us free upgrade to Deluxe room with Pool view. We were stunned by the room & view, can't thank him enough. Very friendly manager; Ms MiMi. Room: We stayed in room 302 (new block). Very clean, simple modern large room, comfy King bed, HOME! Loves the modern bare concrete-finish Bathroom, & my most favorite; the shower gel & shampoo provided smelled really-really good. We wanted to ask them the brand/flavor, but we didnt haha! Housekeeping is doing a great job every day. Pool, Breakfast & Views: Nice pool & Jacuzzi at one end, good swim every morning. Nice view from room balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel ground is just amazing; especially the Lotus pond, gardens; very well-maintained. Just priceless view anywhere at the hotel. Simple & delicious breakfast buffet, seating facing the lotus-pond, every morning, loves their "Slow-Detox" juice, Summer Spring-rolls, Banana jam, & fried noodles. Please stay here. We'll stay here again someday, making it an annual getaway maybe, and will definitely recommended to our family & friends too. Thumbs up! :)"
