I stayed with my family for 1 night over the weekend and I am simply amazed by the setting of this hotel which is simply flawless. The Buvasea boat drops you right at the doorstep (Sandy Beach) where we were greeted with a welcome dring and cold towel, all facilities were explained by a professional receptionist and we were escorted to the cute and clean Tube. The rooms are new and right on the beach. The beach is so clean with only 3 hotel properties at this beach. Their food was delicious and all staff had a smile all the time. Their guest relations manager Ms.Linda (I think she is australian) is an experienced hotelier who leads the show and makes sure all customer expectations are surpassed and delivered with a smile. All in all we have discovered a jewel in Cambodia. Highly Recommended !!

I stayed at there one night. I like this resort due to the place is extremely nice (the way they decorated). They served with a tasty foods with acceptable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing that I like the most is the room was very clean and had big space.

Staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Food is good and not so pricey considering distance from source material. There are small marts on the island (the one right next to the resort not so friendly). Laundry service offer by local people in a mart next to mountain and sky bar, but beware of any money left inside your cloth. It will never be returned!)

The staff is lovely, the location amazing. Directly at the sea and with a pool. They have friendly dogs running around the beach, it's nice to watch them play. The Tube has some wear and tear, but is still just fine. The food gave me the worst food poisoning of my life and I ended up in hospital for a few days. But maybe that was just 1 time that the food was bad, that's all it takes.

Excellent stay at Koh Rong Salem”
The best advantage of this resort is the cleanness of the beach and its water (compare to Saracen bay). The staff is also very friendly and helpfull. We came after a big cambodian public holidays so the resort itself would have need a bit of cleaning (no problem for the rooms). Food is quite good, mostly Khmer. Note this resort is very good for big family group as the family rooms are very large and located right in front the beach. Would like to go back :-)

This one is a little tough. Overall it is pretty good and pretty good value. But not a huge two thumbs up. The place needs a little cleaning up and fixing up. The location is isolated so that may be good for some. The walk to Saracen Bay was VERY tough and not a pleasant hike. TV and wifi did not work in the room. Staff were great. Food was fairly good. The market store was a joke and very high priced. Did an excursion that was maybe 6 out of 10, but it was very cheap.
