"The hotel in general is really nice, and for couples ideal. Food at the beach is amazing, really good. Staff is poor, specially the waiters have little experience and are not very friendly. A lot of improvement in that area. Staff at reception and the coordinators are great. They need a common pool. There is no pool and with the "sargazo" in the ocean it was not always easy to swim in there. So they need to consider a small pool "
