nice boutique hotel in good location”

really nice hotel, friendly staff. the room was clean and spacious. there is a small but well-maintained swimming pool, with a few sun loungers along the side, which is nice to have a swim in after a day of exploring and sightseeing. The hotel is set back from the main road next to the San Paolo Hospital, which is near to a weekend night market,.and was there wasn't any noise from the road at nighttime. Although away from the beach and the center of Hua Hin it is easy enough to get around once you have negotiated the busy main road or hired a 'tuk-tuk' to take you wherever you'd like to go. I have been coming to Hua Hin for many years and now that I have stayed at VISA Hotel I will certainly consider staying here again when I am in this part of Thailand again.

nice quite hotel”

Good location, new boutique style hotel set back from the main road, very helpful and friendly staff, checking in was easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was well equipt with hot water, shampoos, soaps and clean towels. Breakfast was a bit limited but I enjoyed what I had and, when considering what was on offer, I found little reason to complain. The pool was well kept but maybe a little on the small side, but it was a nice place to come back to and cool down after a days site seeing. Although the hotel is not right in the center of town it is in a good location and was within easy enough walking distance to the restaurant and bar areas and the beach (if you don't mind a short stroll and crossing the main road). There was enough room for parking a motorbike or car away from the road. Having been to Hua Hin many times before the VISA Hotel will be on my short list again when I return.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Hua Hin so far for this price range. Rooms are modern, European style, super clean and roomy with very comfortable (soft) beds. staff is very friendly, helpful and speak English. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, center of town and shopping mall Market village and next to San Paulo hospital in case you're a medical tourist. nice, clean pool and good parking. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great hotel, superb stay!!”

Great hotel with very reasonable price. The location is prefect, walking distance to the beach, convenience stores and night markets. The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful. Welcome drinks are prepared and the hotel allow us to check in early when the room is ready :) Housekeeping team also did their best to offer clean and comfortable accommodation. Besides, the pool is very clean and it’s a bonus during hot days. Will definitely stay here if visiting Hua Hin again in future!

Close to a Night Market (but no the main Hua Hin night Market). Close to drinking spots. On the main road, but set back so the hotel is quiet. Next to San Paulo Hospital. Bedding is 5 star. Service is 5 star. Aircon is amazing. The staff are simply old school proud Thai hospitality people. This hotel is so clean, it is amazing. You can walk to pubs in 5 minutes, or 10 minutes to the main bar district. Can hire motorbikes here. Can swim. If you are in doubt about where to stay in Hua Hin. Book this.

Great experience”

Very helpful owner and staff, eg. No hair dryer available but they really look for one when we requested, no water boiler in room but they move their cafeteria auto boiler out at the bar counter just because knowing that we got kids and we need that from time to time, no 2 keys allowed but they really get a way to assist when we need and more. The location is strategic whereby we can walk to night market and bigger shopping mall in Hua Hin just in 5 min. Can easily get variety of good food around the hotel. The only set back is that we might b stuck in jam if we are leaving hotel or going back to hotel at the wrong time (around 10am and 5:30pm based on our experience)

good location, friendly staff, neat and quiet, good price/quality ratio. 13 min. walk to Hua-Hin beach and Hua-Hin train station. 15 min. walk to market village mall. You can easily take tuk-tuk in front door to cicada market. 10 min. walk to Hua-Hin night market. Awesome location and room rate. Recommended !

Clean room, fast internet and Friendly Staff”

I used to wake up early, and i can see their staffs are doing their cleaning job well. Imagine that when you walked, the friction (noise) between shoes and their mosaic, how clean it is! The staff is helpful when we asked for direction where to go ahead, he told us frankly which night market to go for (since the Grand night market is not attractive as the Chatsila Market and Hua Hin Night Market). The hotel has a big signboard, and just right beside the main road. The San Poulo Hospital just right beside. The only comment is about their kitchen's fume. Unfortunately, our room is above their kitchen, and you can smell it especially when they started to cook breakfast from 7.30am.

we booked 3 rooms, stayed 4 nights. room is spacious, got the terrace balcony. and got the best view. thank you so much. on first night my youngest son wrote on the bedsheet while i was in the bathroom. we thought we have to pay for the whole sheet, but the hotel staff was nice and they only charged us for the extra cleaning. thank you again. got a pool, the kids love it. breakfast not good though, same choice everyday. location is good also. oh also the cicada market is the best thing in hua hin for us. very clean and lots of food choice.

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff”

I stayed here under very upsetting circumstances and have to say it was a wonderful surprise to find it spotlessly clean, quiet and it had a nice little pool. The staff helped me arrange an emergency flight home and could not have been nicer. the location is around 10mins walk to the beach, just cross over the busy road outside and walk down the quiet road opposite and you come out right by the main entrance to Hua Hin beach.

I wasn't expecting much from a hotel in Hua Hin, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel, room and staff were all "tops". I would bring special attention to 'Yim' at the front desk - she went far above what would be expected from a desk clerk.

nice and helpful staff, 15mins walk to Hua Hin night market, less than 5 mins walk to grand night market. Small Swimming pool yet clean. If you need to rent a bike or a car, can seek help from front desk staff, they will help to check. Walking distance to Hua Hin bus station a bit far around 30mins. 7-11 just next to grand night market. Will come back for next time.

Nice new and clean hotel with good facilities in a good position a little away from the hustle bustle of town but only a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good and staff always friendly and helpful. Will stay there again if visiting Hua Hin!

1st time at VISA”

Hotel is clean and its location is great - left side of hotel is the night market and right side is the local market. Walking distance to beach is about 15 minutes. Breakfast is set and hence not much choice. However, given the price paid, it is value for money. Will recommend friend to stay here if they visit Hua Hin and do not want to pay too much for accommodation.

Hotel is well located in Hua Hin City. There is a local night market near by. You could find a local taste there. Clean room with good Wi-Fi. Simple breakfast is serves. Recommend to stay

What you see is what you get”

Clean and pleasant hotel in the centre of Hua Hin. Night markets and the beach in a few minute walking distances. Nearby two 7elevens and next door Villa Market with good selection of imported groceries. Good WiFi. Room cleaned and sheets and towels changed every day. Would definitely recommend VISa hotel for budget travellers who are looking for a clean and nice place. In the negative side the doors and walls are on the light side, everything thta's happening in the hallway is heard in the rooms. Sadly there's no bar/restaurant for lunch or dinner in the hotel in case of heavy rain.

Decent hotel in a great location. Not much else.”

This is a decent hotel. Have stayed here many times. When the prices are in the 900-1100 baht range, it is a good value. When it is higher, there are better rooms available for the money. On the plus side, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, and a newer property with decent rooms. Also, this place has ample off street parking. And is quiet. These are all very good qualities for Hua Hin, as it is a very busy town, and some hotels do not offer parking. It also has a nice pool and patio area. And the location is amazing. On the minus side, the AC units are really, really loud, and the temperature is hard to control. And it is sometimes a bit expensive for what you get. The rooms are on the smaller side, but not cramped. Overall, it is a good hotel within the 1,000 baht range.
