This property is not a hotel. We hope you are polite, civilized and enjoy the holiday as if you were in your own home. We want to stay in Vietstay self-catering apartment, you need to comply with the following rules: 1. Before check in, please show your passport / ID card / ID card / other identification for check-in at Vietstay; 2. It is not allowed to bring into the apartment weapons, toxic drugs, inflammables, substances banned; You are responsible to the law if the violation. In the event of a conflict with the apartment manager resulting in compensation for damages to a third party, you must be fully responsible for the loss. 3. Please do not cook (absolutely not bake oven in the apartment), party and noise over 22h affect the apartment next door. Non-smoking rooms, if you smoke in the room or in the dirt, proposed to pay 300,000 VND deodorization costs, clean living space. 4. You do not automatically move property, items in the apartment. In case of loss or damage to property, compensation must be made in kind equal to or in cash (detailed list of asset value attached). 5. Propose in the right number of people who have registered; In case Vietstay discovered that more people suggested you pay extra 200,000 VND / person / day; 6. Please check out from 06h to 12h and check in from 14h - 22h. In case you pay or check in sooner or later, you will be charged as follows: - Check-in from 6am to 9am: 50% room charge; - Check-in from 9 am to 12 pm: 30% room charge; - Guests are over 12 noon - 15 noon: 30% room charge; - Guests are over 15pm - 18pm: 50% room charge. - Another time under the agreement. 7. Before leaving the room, please inform the owner (Mr. Hung: 09.3636.4646) to return the card and pay the expenses (if any). At the same time, clean the room, clean the utensils used, turn off the circuit breaker and water system to avoid waste.

“Stay this place...Save your money”
I stayed this place around 4~5days... No clean up service and no laundry service that's why I moved to new room... If you want to stay this place only one or two days... it's ok without cleanning service... but overmore... need to move to other place...In agoda there are so many same type of room... even though the owner might be same...

“If you want to save the money... Stay this place”
I don't like to stay in Hotel because when I stay at hotel room I feel I stay at prison, TV, bathroom, bed... that's all... So I usually I prefer to stay at apartment when I go for business trip. Hm...but... this place... is not clean.. ^^ I bought dish washing pad and shower flannel because those don't look clean. and also you need to be diligent... You have to clean your room and wash your towel for yourself...^^ Nevertheless, If you want to save the money, it's good place... With only $60, you can sleep one night...

“일반 호텔보다 쾌적하며 사용에 불편이 없네요. ”
처음 체크인시 일반 호텔처럼 프론트가 따로 있지 않으므로 조금 귀찮을수 있습니다만 일단 체크인이 되면 호텔보다 넓고 쾌적하게 숙박이 가능하네요. 위치도 맘에 들고 ^^
