Classic and Nice”
Hotel is small but very nice and clean, no elevator and our room was at the top floor, but hotel staff took care of our luggages. Hotel decoration is very nice, classic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ala carte is very good, big serving, yummy and really a complete breakfast meal. Pool is small but ok. We ordered lunch of pizza and pasta from the hotel's restaurant and they're all yummy.

Excellent boutique hotel. Good wifi, good aircon, good breakfast, good location, excellent staff. This is a renovated French colonial mansion with only 12 rooms. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the best quality for their price in Phnom Penh. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples and individuals.

VMansion Hotel is a great little oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Nice pool area, very good restaurant / room service, clean spacious rooms and a very friendly, helpful staff. The air conditioner could have been a little more powerful, but it was comfortable enough for sleeping.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the VMansion. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had been cycle-touring over one year and every member of the staff went out of their way to ease my road weariness. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, we booked a deluxe king room with wonderful interior designs and big comfortable bed. Ordered a few times from the hotel restaurant and we loved the food especially the Chicken Cordon Bleu! They provide 5 set menus for the included breakfast so we can have different breakfast every morning. Walking distance to some great street foods/coffee and convenience store. Overall, lovely place to stay and we’d love to visit again the next time we come to Cambodia! Thank you for the great service.

A lovely small hotel”
We booked 4 nights at VMansion and extended our stay 3 additional nights after arriving because it is lovely and we like to try out a place first. Breakfast was really good - 4 menu options (rather than a huge and mediocre buffet). Staff was great - helping us book tickets and delivering ice every night and generally very friendly and helpful and warm. There is a small but nice pool in front of the lobby so privacy is not super good but it was used by many guests during our stay. Our Deluxe Double King room was really spacious, quiet, peaceful and the bath was lovely. WiFi and tv were good as well. The hotel is well located, walking distance to many shops and restaurants but the heat of Cambodia requires calling tuk tuks often. We use Grab and had no troubles navigating everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Note: There is no elevator so if you mind climbing stairs, make sure you request a ground floor room.

The staff was very friendly and always available to provide us information about the city and help us with any requests. As a minor complain: we found the laundry service to be very overpriced.

Good staff but hotel just not there yet”
The room is decent, staff are friendly but this boutique hotel would not have my 100 marks. The bed is still a little hard for my liking, and the fixtures look a bit dated. There isn't any facilities except for a very small restaurant and a very small pool. I paid a couple of tens for at another newer hotel nearby and loved it.

We do have a small hotel. It has just 12 rooms and suites and facilities which are appropriate to our size. We would not be surprised to learn that paying a lot more per night, results in more benefits and conversely paying less results in less facilities. For example, book a room at a 5-star Phnom Penh hotel for over USD200 per night and you can use the tennis courts. Travelers can also book a bunk bed at a Phnom Penh guest house for USD10 per night but no tennis courts, restaurant, pool, en-suite or privacy. The images and description on my booking showed a bath, but the room just had a shower. The shower ran out of hot water every time I used it. The pool area and the breakfast was nice. It was a good place if I was just sleeping there.

In fact every room has its own name and theme. In order to sell on online agent websites, we are forced to categories our rooms into only a few types and of course describe every type of room. The result is that the descriptions cannot be exact and in this case, we allocated a pool-view room for you which was a slight exception. Don’t go to this place! I guess they paid to get good reviews because the experience was quite bad. When you pay that amount of money for a room in a country like Cambodia, you expect a certain service level. Well... We got a room with a horrible smell, mix of humidity and chemical perfume (probably used to cover the humidity smell). When I told about it to an employee he told me « thank you for your feedback ». What kind of answer is that? The floor was dirty, and some pieces of the floor were missing... more electrical plugs close to the bed would have been nice too. Breakfast was disgusting, the croissant was hard as a rock, the eggs were tasteless and I don’t even want to talk about the fruits. I guess the night there should be like 15/20 dollars, you should change your prices.
