"Not happy about super expensive parking, but apparently they are less expensive than other hotels near heathrow. I'd never paid for hotel parking as a guest before so was a bit surprised about it and the receptionist wasn't too empathetic. However after this small matter the rest of the stay was okay, no noise from the planes flying overhead and a comfortable night before our flight home."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we ordered the Windsor Castle tickets online, the lady at the front desk was very eager to help to print them out for us without any charge. The location was only 15 minutes short walk to Windsor Castle. The atmosphere of the reception area was warm, not overly high class, but very comfortable. If you have two children staying in the same room, you might like to ask for a room with double sofa bed. Overall, we were happy that we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Windsor."

"The hotel is billed as being close to Terminal 5, to be exact you need to take a GBP4.50, ten minute bus ride. This is fine if you do not have to wait 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. The hotel is modern and well appointed - just what is required after a long flight and the delays at UK immigration. Although it is directly under the flight path there is absolutely no sound in the hotel. The food is excellent, not cheap but certainly well prepared and presented. "
