Too noisy: dogs barking, water pump on and off day and night, windows facing the stairs you could hear conversations between staff and other clients Poor privacy you must keep all blinds shut hot water on and off no phone close to bed no TV service (only netflix)

Good location, correct hotel, nice and professional staff, poor breakfast choice. Agoda should make sure that the reservation staff get briefed about the payment so do not charge us as we already paid through the platform.

5min to WTC by walk. room condition , staffs are all good. can do some shopping/have dinner in the SEARS just nearby. 7/11 & oxxo across the road. from Airport the prepaid taxi costs 255ps.

The reception staff and the restaurant staff worked together in a very elaborate scam to steal my wallet. It is reported to the police and under investigation. Additionally the local police hinted me that the place was own by a mafia boss. Please don't go its dangerous.

Dirty and old place! The bed sheets are yellow color from white original! Even no power socket in the room! Only available in the bathroom!

Nice hotel and staff. A bit distant from the attractions in the city but close to two metro stops.

We participated in the exhibition at the world trade center and this hotel is just next to the WTC. Great.

Very clean hotel in an area where families live and are out at night so was very safe for late evening stroll. Staff very helpful . But as an English speaker I would avoid room service next time because of confusion about payment and cost of food and inability to give change which became a tip.

We stayed in the spacious Jaguar room. In-room bath was adequate. Wooden floors in bedroom are uneven...possibly due to previous water damage. We didn't see any of the other rooms in the B&B...but some are apparently quite small. Windows are unscreened....so you may have the occasional mosquito or fly. Very nice clean hotel best value for your money. Hotel is located in short walking distance to World Trade Center where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket with a pharmacia.

Bed and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was like a home instead of a hotel room. Location was near to metro and metrobus. Staff and owner was helpful.
