I 've stayed here for one night. I really like here for your service! Specially, Staff. Old Quarter Hanoi 's noisy, has many restaurants, bars, clubs around hostel. Eating out 's good.
Perfect for your stay in hanoi, you just step here in a good spot to make your trip wonderful ! I'll come again for sure.

The room was ok, even it wasn't room I paid for, instead of 6-female I was in 14-mix...what I didn't like the most was that they wanted to keep my passport until check-out...for me this is not acceptable, it's the most important document I have and can't let it just in some shelf where can anybody get and take it.
My feeling for the first time i arrived was respected by friendly, polite staff. They have some facilities like tea or drink when u 're waiting for staffs arrange room. My dorm room was clean, fresh. All of that 're ok. The last thing i was disappointed with location of hostel. No lake, no sky, no large vision view from balcony of hostel.
I haven't travelled this country before. i wanna stay a few days, But i can't. Hope so, next time i will book this hostel again.

I stay two nights and the worse thing is all Vietnamese youths in my dorm were so noisy in early morning and midnight , they laugh loudly, chatting even shouted!! I can't understand why they don't know public manners. Anyway, Good location and kindly staff ,thanks for the two guys help me catch the train ,I'm arrived !! unfortunately,!!! I lose my dark blue sweater at first floor, I wanna get back if possible !!!!! Like my sweater so much 😩😭😭 I wanna leave my contact infor ....if allowable
Someone in the room we booked got sick so couldn't move out so the staff put us in a nearby apartment which was fancier than the one we paid for. They also provided us with free transport to the Old quarter. So happy!
It was good with cheap price but there was no water to take a shower for 3 days. And no locker in the bathroom.
I stayed on the 2nd floor on my first day and the bathroom was pretty nice and clean. When I stayed on the 3rd floor the second day, the bathroom was not as well-kept. Bathroom quality should be consistent throughout. I think people are more particular about bathroom (more than the bed or other facilities) because it concerns hygiene. I do not mean hotel-quality bathroom, just one that is well-kept.
The staff are so friendly along with the backpackers that come and stay here. All the basic necessities are available such as Wi-Fi, hot water, breakfast etc.

Arrogant staff, noisy, bad wifi Other than one girl who was trying hard, staff were not good. Some didn't speak English, others aloof and disinterested. The dorm was a corridor between the entrance, the common area and other rooms. There was therefore lost of people walking through the room during the day and night. The floor also squeaked, which meant that noise was made worse. Had some laundry done, and arguably my own fault, but they washed the jeans with the white t shirts and now I have blue tie dye t shirts. The staff come into the room frequently for a lie down on the empty beds, and don't change the sheets afterwards. Music is played loudly until 12am downstairs for the staffs entertainment. Only a thin paned door and a staircase separates this from the dorm. It's not a hostel it's a friend's house
We have booked the 3-bed room but it turns out the room is much poorer than the picture presented in agoda. It is horrible. The light went on and off.The linen was dirty and we found bed bugs in one of the bed. So we requested to change our room to dorm.And throughout the night I can't sleep well due to the loud sound coming from the street as the dorm is just close to the busiest flyover. And I can even heard people talking or singing at the lower floor. I don't know why this hostel derserve such a high score.
We got what we paid for. Location was great :)
Zostay the best in Hanoi, i've been many hostel but i think this hostel beter more than
This is the firstime im visit Hanoi, im stayed here 1 day then i go to Halong bay, zostay very cool , staff warm, friendly, help me so much, this is good location, thats place at Hanoi center, i will come back and recommend should to be stay here when you are looking for Hostel at Hanoi Vietnam

Zostel was recommended to me by a friend. I happily stayed there three times during my time in northern Vietnam. The staff is kind and extremely willing to help you out with whatever problems or questions you have and will make you feel at home. Location is very convenient and the building has a nice rooftop with bean bags where you can cozily enjoy a movie on tuesdays or fridays. If you need a nice place to crash in the old quarter then don't hesitate to come Zostel.
When I checked into the female-only dorm, one of the staff was sleeping on another bed in the room. When he got up, he folded up the comforter and left the dirty sheets on the bed! The bathroom stinks and the old shower wand is filthy. It was 58 degrees Fahrenheit and they had not heat and windows open. Even by Cietnam standards, the bed was rock hard. Walk to everything in Hanoi from here. They had good wifi.
Unter einem privaten Zimmer hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt, das gemeinsame Bad auf dem Flur war dazu nicht besonders sauber und es gab ab und zu kein warmes Wasser. Außerdem war das Zimmer relativ nah an der Schnellstraße, somit auch laut und man musste durch ein Mehrbettzimmer laufen um dort hinzugelangen. Das Personal war hingegen sehr freundlich und der Eingangsbereich wirkt sehr liebevoll.
L’hôtel est bien situé, chambre petite plus ou moins propre, odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain, pas trop cher pour le coin
Bonne ambiance bon acceuil. Pas trop bruyant. Petit dejeuner leger. Je recommande. Le gars m'a même déposé jusqu'à la gare routière pour pas que je loupe le bus. Vraiment top
je suis une femme et je dormais dans le dortoir des femmes au dernier étage quand un soir en pleine nuit un homme fortement alcoolisé est entré et m'a attrapé par le bras il voulait dormir j'ai hurlé et je suis partie chercher le gardien qui dormait. il m'a dit que c'était un ami du patron le gardien c'est excuser à plusieurs reprises et la descendu d'un étage.Et le lendemain je n'ai eu aucune excuse du patron. En plus il ne voulait pas me rendre mon passeport il disait que le dortoir n'avais pas été payé et moi je lui montre que j'ai payé avec agoda et je lui ai montré la preuve avec le site agoda mais il ne voulait rien savoir, c'est un touriste qui dormais sur place depuis plusieurs mois qui leur a mis un coup de pression et il m'a récupérer mon passeport et je tiens à préciser aussi que tout les soirs c'était alcool à gogo, bref vous ne pouvez pas dormir avec tout c'est hurlements et c'était vraiment trop trop trop sale passé votre chemin.

Không gian khá ổn, địa điểm thuận tiện, gần xe bus, gần trung tâm phố đi bộ, giá phòng hợp lí, nhân viên trẻ trung dễ thương, thân thiện
máy nóng lạnh hư, thanh toán qua agoda nhưng tới khách sạn nói k làm việc với agoda nên phải thanh toán tiền mặt và mất thời gian liên hệ với agoda để giải quyết.
Khá chật & tiện nghi còn thiếu, phòng mình cũng ngay ban công nên xe chạy qua lại rất ồn, tối cũng khó ngủ, không có máy lạnh, chỉ có quạt & ngọn đèn leo lét trong phòng, đầu giường là nguyên cục modem wifi cho nguyên nhà, ngủ cứ lo bị sóng wifi làm ảnh hưởng.
Điều duy nhất hài lòng ở đây là vị trí thuận tiện đi lại, còn lại thì that tệ. Từ phòng ốc (trần thấp, ẩm mốc, ghép vá tạm bợ, thiếu ánh sang, lối đi nhỏ, điều kiện vệ sinh kém, không gian vô cùng hạn hẹp) Nói chung là sẽ không bao giờ quay lại
Hostel khá gần với khu mua sắm, giải trí. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và lễ phép. Cũng đã tham khảo nhiều hostel khác trong khu vực phố cổ. Chỗ này vẫn là ưng ý hơn cả
Để mà đánh giá về hostel này tôi cũng hài lòng về tất cả, Chỉ một hạn sạn nhỏ là có một anh nhân viên không lịch sự với tôi. Bên hostel cũng đã xử lý. Nếu bạn muốn chọn một hostel phân khúc giá rẻ mà tiện lợi tôi nghĩ đây là lựa chọn của bạn
Cảm giác ban đầu khi mới đến check in. Được đón tiếp như khách sạn. Vào đến phòng cảm thấy khá là thoải mái vì sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp. Địa điểm thì cũng gần các khu mình cần du lịch. Giá tiền thì hạt dẻ so với các hostel khác. Đáng đồng tiền bát gạo bỏ ra :3
Cũng không có gì để nói về hostel trên khá là chim ưng. Tôi cũng là người khó tính trong việc chọn hostel khi đi du lịch. Nếu ai đó tìm một hostel gần khu vực phố cổ thì tôi nghĩ đây là một lựa chọn tốt.
So với giá tiền tôi đưa ra thì tôi thấy khá là ưng với hostel này Địa điểm khá gần với chợ đêm, hồ gươm nên tôi cũng không mất nhiều chi phí đi lại, Nhân viên cũng lịch sự, lễ phép. Chỉ có một điều sàn về sinh bẩn ngay ngày đầu tôi vào, nhưng nhân viên cũng đã vào dọn ngay. Nhìn chung là tuyệt !
Tôi thực sự hài lòng khi ở đây. Mọi thứ rất hoàn hảo từ không gian, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, cho đến đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn ... Tôi nghĩ tất cả khách du lịch sẽ đều có 1 cảm giác vô cùng thoải mái giống như tôi khi ở tại Zostay hotel !

Phong dorm luon sạch sẽ, locker an toàn. Các bạn nhân viên thì nhiệt tình thân thiện. 3 ngày ở đây mình rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại khi có dịp đến Hà Nội.
从机场过来打车本来说好五十万一人，后面变成五十万一车～然后来到河内第一天就不爽！而且太早青旅没开门。就在隔壁吃了汤面，比本地人也要贵几块。所以真的再也提不起好感了～青旅性价比还可以吧！就这样
离三十六行街很近，位置很方便，前台小哥哥很热情，很适合背包客
第一天到河内护照钱包丢了。小哥开摩托车带我去找护照。感动得要死。没有钱了。还先借给我们！！简直超级棒！！
不知道我起的太早还是太晚，都没吃早餐，本来订的是女生6人房，老板说没看到，但是后来还是换回去了，可能是那个房间只有我一个人吧
跟前台小弟成了好朋友😊棒棒哒。
从嘉琳火车站过来应该是有直达的公车11路，不过没找到，坐了其他线路的公车过来，也很方便。河内不大，去哪都很方便快捷。早餐也不错，员工很热情。特地选了女生房，其他的宿舍太多人一间房了。
